Payment Options
Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept all major credit cards and/or e-transfer.
Please be aware that 48 hours is required to change or cancel a scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a fee.
Extended Health
Many extended healthcare providers provide coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychologist, Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellors. Please check with your service provider for details. 
*We do not provide direct billing to extended health plans.
Medical Services Plan in British Columbia does not currently cover fees for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling services typically can be claimed as a medical expense with your personal income tax.
Third Party Funded Counselling
Counselling funded by third parties involves services that are wholly or partially covered by an external source.

Autism funding helps families pay for eligible services or supports that promote skill development for children living with autism.

Vocational Ministry Family Discount
