Pastoral Counselling Training
Our team has developed and teaches our Listen-Guide-Pray model of pastoral counselling. This is a 6 hour training that can be broken up into 2-4 chunks. It involves teaching, application exercises, real life case consultation, and a pastoral counselling resource guide to help your staff develop a strong foundation. Dr. Josh loves providing consultation to support therapists in their counselling work. He first started supervising counsellors over 10 years ago and prides himself in learning from each experience.
He provides monthly one-on-one consultations or on an as needed basis.
